December Stuff and Christmas!

We went to the AAC Adoption annual Christmas party up in Berthoud.

We had a fun potluck and game night with our life group from church.

Justin's December Band Performances

Justin had a very busy month of band performances in the month of December!  It started out with the two school concerts.

The EHS Raptor Regiment Marching Band was selected to be in the Denver Parade of Lights, a two-night, televised annual event in downtown Denver.  Lots of work, lots of fun!  

This photo was taken from tv!  Justin got a lot of air time!

I got to walk behind the band helping with water bottles on the first night.  Lots of fun!
 (And no air time for me, fortunately!)

Justin was selected for the Colorado State University Honor Band!  He and four other boys spent three days at CSU and he had a great time.  We are so proud of him!  I wish I had video of the concert, but it wasn't allowed.

 The EHS marching band participated in the neighborhood Veteran's Day Parade.  

We bought a dresser for Rylee!

Caylie got her Mini Raptors uniform.  Hopefully we'll be here for both her performances!

 The band performed at three playoff football games.  We had a lot of fun, though a couple of them were very cold and snowy!
